What MODEL-med does
Model-med International specialises in Birth Simulators and Gynaecology Models for medical education.
Medical professionals around the world use MODEL-med birth simulators to practice a range of Obstetrics and Gynaecology situations such as breech birth, shoulder dystocia, cephalic birth, instrumental delivery, post-partum haemorrhage, manual removal of placenta, fetal and cervical assessment, speculum and bi-manual examination, to name just a few.

We are constantly refining the way we produce our products as a manufacturer. The Sophie and Sophie’s Mum Birth Simulator is our fourth iteration of the product as every time we find a way to improve our simulators, we do so.
Our ultimate goal is to help keep mothers and babies safe, and the only way we can do that is to ensure our simulators give clinicians in training the best possible experience to foster the confidence they need to provide the best care possible.

BIRTH SIMULATOR VERSION 4.0
The MODEL-med® Sophie and Sophie’s Mum Birth Simulator Version 4.0 is designed for the simulation of cephalic birth, breech birth, and shoulder dystocia.
Our Sophie and Sophie’s Mum Birth Simulator can be used as a standalone kit or can be used with our Manual Removal of Placenta Add-on or Postpartum Haemorrhage Add-on.
